How Unlimited Design Subscription Works?

CAMERAReadyArt offers 50+ types of design services, including artwork redraw, embroidery digitizing, graphic design, illustration, social media creatives, branding, and much more. If it’s design-related, chances are we can help.

Yes, we offer a one-week free trial on select subscription plans.

Getting Started & Onboarding

Once you subscribe or start a project, we’ll set you up with access to our project management system (Trello or dashboard, depending on your plan). Setup is quick and usually completed within a few hours.

You’ll also find clear instructions inside the board or dashboard on how to submit and manage your design requests.

After sign-up, you’ll receive your login details and can start submitting requests right away. It typically takes up to 24 hours for us to assign your designer and begin working on your requests.

Submitting & Managing Requests

Once subscribed, you’ll get access to your dashboard where you can:

  • Submit and manage design requests

  • Communicate directly with your Project Manager

  • Upload files and references

  • Review and receive completed designs

All your requests and files remain accessible in your dashboard at any time.

You can submit unlimited design requests and add them to your queue. Our team works on one active request at a time (based on your plan), delivering designs sequentially.

Revisions & Quality

No problem at all. We’ll revise the design until you’re completely satisfied. You can request as many changes as needed—revisions simply count toward your plan’s allocated hours.

Yes. You’ll be assigned a dedicated creative team who will work on your projects consistently. Over time, they’ll learn your brand style, preferences, and expectations.

Subscription Flexibility

Absolutely. You can subscribe for as little as one month and cancel anytime. You’re always welcome to come back whenever you need design support again.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time based on your workload, without losing any unused rollover hours.

Yes. Unused hours roll over for up to 30 days. During busier periods, you can use your banked hours along with your daily hours—up to twice your normal daily limit.

Yes, one subscription can be used for multiple businesses. However, only one request can be actively worked on at a time. If you need multiple brands handled simultaneously, upgrading your plan may be required.

Hours, Billing & Payments

Your monthly design hours depend on the subscription plan you choose. If you need additional hours, your Account Manager can help adjust your plan.

Any additional work will be billed at an hourly rate. If you anticipate needing more hours regularly, we recommend upgrading your plan.

Billing runs on a 30-day recurring cycle and renews on the same date your subscription started, as long as your plan remains active.

No. There are no setup fees, agency fees, or hidden costs. You only pay the flat monthly fee.

No. Everything is included in your plan unless you request work beyond your allocated hours.

We currently accept credit cards only. We do not accept cash, cheques, bank transfers, or PayPal.

Invoice payments are available only for annual prepaid subscription plans. All other plans require an active credit card on file.

As we offer flexible monthly subscriptions that can be cancelled at any time, refunds are not provided for unused time or inactivity.

Legal & Ownership

You do. Once the work is completed and delivered, full copyright ownership is transferred to you.

How One-Off Job Works?

To create a job, register and log in to your account. Once logged in, you can submit a job by selecting the job type (logo, layout, complex artwork, etc.) and the service you need.

You can also submit a job by emailing your artwork and instructions to artdept@camerareadyart.com. Our team will verify the details and submit the job on your behalf.

You can request a quote in three ways:

  1. Email your artwork and requirements to artdept@camerareadyart.com
  2. Use the “Request a Free Quote” form on our website
  3. Start submitting an order and select “Quote First: Yes”

Even if you enter payment details, no charge is made until you approve the quote. If you don’t approve it, the order is cancelled with no charge.

You can always select a Type 1 job. If your artwork requires more time or complexity, we’ll send you a revised quote for approval before proceeding. We never move forward without your confirmation.

We accept almost all file formats, including:

JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, AI, EPS, CDR, SVG, PSD, PDF, DOC, PPT, WEBP, HEIC, faxes, scans, hand-drawn sketches, and product samples.

Files can be uploaded through your account or submitted via email.

We deliver camera-ready artwork in common formats such as:

AI, EPS, CDR, PDF, TIFF, JPEG, PNG, BMP

Digitizing files are delivered in formats including:

DST, EMB, EXP, PXF, PES, PEC, PCS, JAN, JEF, HUS, Tajima

Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours (next-morning delivery).

Yes. Rush service is available for an additional $10.

  • Vector jobs: as fast as 1 hour, most within 4–8 hours
  • Digitizing jobs: same-day service available, fastest turnaround 2 hours

You can always check with us before submitting to confirm availability.

Once your job is completed, you’ll receive an automated email with a download link. You can also access and download all completed files anytime through your online account.

If you need a correction or revision, you can:

  • Email artdept@camerareadyart.com with your job number and details, or
  • Log into your account and submit a Fix/Revise Job request
  • Correction: Fixing an error or making a minor adjustment. No charge.
  • Revision: Additional work outside the original scope. Charged at a reduced rate compared to a new order.

Yes, revisions that require additional work beyond the original request are billed at a reduced rate.

You can download invoices and receipts directly from the Finance section of your dashboard.

Yes. You can view samples of our work on our portfolio page.

Orders can only be cancelled or fully refunded if:

  • The cancellation request is emailed the same day the order is submitted
  • The request is received before 5:00 PM PST
  • The order is not a same-day or rush service

Same-day and rush orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once submitted.

Customers are responsible for final proofing and ensuring proper usage rights.

All completed artwork belongs to you, the original owner. CAMERAReadyArt will not reproduce, share, or use your artwork without written permission.

All files and information shared with us are treated as confidential. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with copyright and trademark laws.

How Creative Design Job Works?

Turnaround times vary depending on the scope and complexity of your project. On average, we aim to deliver designs within 2-5 business days, but we'll always give you a clear timeline up front.

Absolutely! We offer a set number of revisions based on the original scope. Our goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied with the design. We’ll work with you until it’s perfect!

To get started, we’ll need some basic information such as your brand guidelines, specific design preferences, and any content (like text, logos, or images) that you want included. The more details, the better!

Yes! We offer customized packages and discounts for clients with multiple design needs or large-scale projects. Just let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll create a tailored solution that works for you.

You’ll receive your final design in formats that best suit your needs, such as high-resolution PDFs, JPGs, PNGs, or vector files like AI or EPS for scalability and printing purposes.

Yes! We’re experts in both print and digital design. Whether you need marketing materials, social media graphics, or packaging design, we’ve got the experience to handle it all.
